The big house comes with 4 good sized and comfortable bedrooms, 2 double with kingsize beds and 2 twin. 1 double is on the ground floor, ideal for some guests who find the stairs a little difficult.

A bathroom and toilet are on the first floor and a shower room and toilet are on the ground floor.

 The well fitted kitchen, living and dining room area opens on to a terrace, with fabulous views over the French countryside, the Magical Pyrennees act as backdrop to this stunning view.

Wake up to the sunshine, the master bedroom

opens onto a small balcony.

English TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, cooker are all supplied. The house does have central heating along with a log burner for winter months.

Cots and highchairs also available at no extra cost.

Set in 10 acres, the big house has its own fenced off south facing private garden.    Garden table and chairs are under a shady pegoda. A stone Bbq is provided so "al fresco" dining could be a big part of your holiday.

The pool is fenced off and accesed down a few steps. South facing with beautiful views overlooking the l'vixiege valley. In the summer the pool often reaches 29 degrees, warm enough to jump in and cool enough to cool down in!

The 4 bedroom house is available for summer holiday lets and long term winter lets.
