Our week commencing dates are from Wednesday to Wednesday, allowing you to take advantage of less expensive flights and ferries

Prices are based on a occupancy of 6-8 people. Please ask for details for groups less than 6 or for long term bookings.

A refundable breakages deposit of £150.00 for every week or part of (in addition to rental) to cover breakages and losses, returned within 3 weeks of your departure from the house.

Rates include cleaning on departure, please leave the house as clean as when you found it.

One set of sheets and duvet covers will be provided in the price, any extra for hire will be an additional £20.00 per set.

We ask that guests strip their beds before they leave. One set of towels per person (No swimming or beach towels) will be provided, additional hire will be £20.00 per set.

The rent includes water and electricity.

Central heating for the winter months will be £10.00 extra per day.

This is a non smoking property.

I / we have read, understood and agreed the booking conditions on your web-site and am authorised to make this booking on behalf of my party.
